DELIVERY POLICY
- Within Klang Valley – 1 – 2 working days
- Outside Klang Valley – 3 – 5 working days
Delivery to locations within Klang Valley needs up to 3 working days. However, orders are typically delivered by the next working day from your order.
Usually, Klang Valley orders that are above rm388, are entitled to FREE delivery, although we reserve the right to change this with no notice, when your order is not confirmed.
Orders that are below the stipulated minimum order value will have a standard charge applied.
We can deliver out of Klang Valley, Malaysia but these orders have a delivery charge attached, which depends on where you are and how heavy your order is. These orders do have to be processed manually, so do WhatsApp message or call us at +601133097469 or email enquiry@singlemalt.com.my and we will be able to tell you what that charge will be.
The duration for delivery is subjected to each courier company’s procedures. A tracking number is usually updated to your account for reference.
We are unable to ship outside of Malaysia at the moment.

RETURN POLICY
Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 10 days from the date of receipt of your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible under our store policy.
However, this does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be faulty, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
In cases where the liquid contents remain intact but there is minor damage to external packaging or labels, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
For issues such as broken corks or closures, we will assess each case individually and may offer assistance (such as replacement closures) where appropriate.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your Return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If it is approved, your refund request will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, cash payment or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a Refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company again for confirmation and clarification. it may take some time before your Refund is officially reflected.
You are advised to work closely with and communicate consistently with your bank. There is often some processing time before a Refund is reflected in your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for Refunds. Unfortunately, there is no Refund for items on sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your Return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your Return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail or deliver your product(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Refund amount.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for an exchanged product to reach you. The time varies based on geographical locations and other factors.
If you are shipping an item over MYR100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
