PALATE: Hot smoked meats, paprika and pickled ginger burst onto the palate. A mineral flintiness weaves through fresh apple and lemon sherbet, balancing the saltier notes whilst intense carbolic smoke grows.
FINISH: Unrelenting sweetened smoke lingers into a very long finish.
