The second expression in The Hebridean Series, this is an exquisite sherried malt, reeking of chocolate, citrus, spices, sweet blackcurrant jam and a salted caramel and hazelnut finish. Bottled at a decadently at cask strength of 52.5%
NOSE: Chocolate, delicate citrus notes with caramelised dates, roasted walnuts and rich dark berries.
PALATE: Nutmeg and cinnamon beautifully balanced with a salty tang. Sweet notes of blackcurrant jam and vanilla with toasted oak and a hint of cocoa.
FINISH: Salted caramel and a hint of hazelnut.
