Ginger Beer Cask has fast become a cult classic in the Starward line-up. An annual limited release, Ginger Beer Cask was crafted using single malt that was first matured in Apera sherry and red wine barrels for 3 years, before being transferred into ginger beer barrels for a further 6 months.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Ginger, orange and dark chocolate.

PALATE: Strong spicy ginger, fresh vanilla and pineapple.

FINISH: A big, warming mouthfeel with candied ginger and citrus.
