Rock Rose Gin Summer Edition

This Summer edition was distilled using ingredients from the distiller’s gardens and rockery to give a different, seasonal taste to the Original Rock Rose Gin. It was based off the challenge to make a citrus style gin using botanicals growing in the distillery garden and with no peels. The botanicals include lemon balm, clover, lemon thyme, pineapple sage, meadowsweet and elderflower.
