This 21-year-old peated expression from Tobermory distillery comes hot on the heels of a line of very, very successful Ledaig Limited Editions, including the Ledaig 19 PX, Ledaig 21 Manzanilla and the Ledaig 13 Port.
This peated Ledaig Limited Edition expression has been carefully finished in Marsala wine casks. With a limited release of 1,126 bottles worldwide, this cask strength whisky is beautifully sweet with a creamy mouthfeel, a hint of dried fruit, sweet grape and a lingering toffee and gorgeous peat smoke finish.
COLOUR: Rich red gold.
NOSE: Sweet peat, vanilla and citrus with hints of sweet grape and dried fruit.
PALATE: Sweet creamy mouthfeel, with a hint of toffee and dried fruit, developing into a smoky almost medicinal character – unusual for peppery Ledaig.
FINISH: Toffee and smoke.

Ledaig whisky is produced at the Tobermory distillery on the beautiful Hebridean Isle of Mull. The distillery was originally named Ledaig, changing its name to Tobermory later. This distillery produces an unpeated whisky called Tobermory and the peated version named Ledaig.
Ledaig and Tobermory whiskies have been sweeping whisky awards and are incredibly sought after.
