Named after the place of origin and produced only along the Chishui River in Moutai Town of China’s Guizhou Province, Moutai is the original and typical representative of China’s Sauce Aroma baijiu, and the pinnacle of Chinese baijiu.

Constantly striving for the highest quality, the Jing Pin range is a bespoke design for State Banquets. It is a unique blend of a 15-year-old base batch and a 30-year-old flavouring batch.
Made from the same water source and grain as the traditional signature from Moutai (Flying Fairy), Kweichow Moutai – Jing Pin has been matured much longer. Without doubt, its taste and aroma includes tropical fruits and pear, smoky nuts and sweet plums.
Kweichow Moutai – Jing Pin has more mellow aromatics and flaourful nose. On the palate, it is smooth yet rich, with a slightly sweeter flavour. A hint of smoke becomes evident after a few sips.
The rich soy sauce notes are ever present with a thicker mouthfeel. It has a long finish and a pleasant lingering aftertaste that is most appetising.
