The brewing process of Moutai is a unique traditional brewing process. The whole production cycle takes one year, and involves solid-state fermentation, high-temperature koji making, high-temperature accumulation, and high-temperature wine picking, forming a unique brewing style.
Kweichow Moutai is exclusively produced in Moutai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, China. Moutai 1935 is sauce-flavored liquor, brewed with red sorghum, wheat and water, and is one of the series products of Moutai.
