A rare and compelling Blended Grain Scotch Whisky featuring well-matured grain whiskies from two of Scotland’s late, great grain whisky distilleries, this rich and delicious whisky combines a creamy, luscious character with bright flashes of citrus fruits and barley sugar. This beautifully balanced malt whisky takes us on a meandering journey through Scotland’s islands – from dry and herbal to luscious and fruity with a delicate trail of woodsmoke always present in the background.

An astonishingly complex, wonderfully evocative Island Blended Malt redolent of the remarkable land from which it hails.

It spent an extensive maturation of 43 years in American White Oak Casks before it was bottled at natural cask strength, free from added colour, and is non-chill filtered. Only 564 bottles were released worldwide.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Creamy and rich on the nose with estery notes of pear drop and bright mandarin orange.

PALATE: On the palate there is sweetness, a wonderful depth, and further hints of fruit alongside a crisp, clean barley sugar character.
