Handcrafted in small batches at Hacienda Los Camichines since 1895. Made using 100% blue agave, the tequila is crafted using the “selección suave®” process. This unique and proprietary process consists in blending different tequila batches, aged in American oak casks, to achieve a smooth yet complex profile that characterises the product.
Tasting Notes :
Nose : The Tequila is floral, accompanied by both fruity and vegetal aromas. There are baked agave notes, along with caramel, spice notes of cinnamon and clove, seasoned oak, some smoke and earthy white pepper notes.
Palate : the Tequila is slightly sweet, buttery and creamy. There are more sweet, baked agave notes, along with fruit notes ranging from pear to peach, orange peel to tropical fruit notes of pineapple.
