The Octave Premium Range from Duncan Taylor showcases years of maturation expertise transforming some of Scotland’s oldest and rarest whiskies into gently expanded and more sophisticated forms. Octave casks are approximately 1/8th the size of a butt, allowing for a greater surface to liquid contact that allows the cask to have a larger influence on the whisky in a shorter amount of time.
