Fully matured in first fill bourbon casks. First introduced to market in 2015 and only making it into Malaysia in late 2019. The distillery’s characteristically honeyed, nutty, fruity character is seriously amped up with fresh fruit flavours, vanilla and sweet buttery shortbread from the American oak. The extra years behind this expression add some great body to this whisky. The soft mellow honey notes get better when the whisky the longer you sip on it.
It was recently named The Whisky Exchange’s Whisky of the Year 2022.
COLOUR: Caramel Gold
NOSE: Aromatic, floral, grassy and malty, balanced with notes of American Oak, honey, tobacco and nutmeg.
PALATE: Sweetness of gingerbread, vanilla and barley sugar with spicy white pepper, Manuka honey and citrus.
FINISH: Dry spice and honeyed ginger warmth.

The Deanston Distillery sits on the banks of the River Teith and is located not far from the Stirling. A very picturesque distillery, this distillery was not originally built as a distillery.
Formerly a cotton mill that employed up to 1,500 people, this cotton mill faced an uncertain future in 1965 until it was taken over and converted into this amazing distillery. The old weaving mills of the distillery now the warehouses where Deanston whiskies are matured.
