The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills 21 year old single malt whiskey is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a final 2 years of maturation. It has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisin notes. This whiskey should always be served neat.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Honey, ripe fruit and sweet hazelnuts.
PALATE: Raisins, dark chocolate, vanilla and toasted wood.
FINISH: Long and delicate.

Bushmills is named for the mills that dotted the town all along the River Bush. Granted a licence to still in 1608, Busmills is the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. Over 400 years later, whiskey is still being made in Bushmills, thanks to experience and craft passed down from generation to generation.
Located just a few miles from Ireland’s rugged north coast, and they continue to triple distil 100% malted barley in copper pot stills to make single malt whiskey.
