Named after Jacobus Alfons, Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin was created by his grandchildren who were inspired by his recipe. A very fine and balanced drink, this dry gin uses eight botanicals that marries influences from the East, particularly Indonesia, and Europe, where gin was first made.
Among the botanicals and herbs used include lemongrass, cloves, coriander, cubeb pepper, and cinnamon, which are traditional spices found and grown in Indonesia, as well as juniper, rose hips and fennel, which are often used in Europe. All the botanicals and herbs separately distilled, with no additives, sugars or extractions used to produce this fresh take on a timeless classic.
