Tasting notes
NOSE: Buoyant and playful with candied lime peel, peach ice tea, elderflower cordial, pink marshmallow, cut grass and jasmine. A wonderfully expressive and vibrant nose with floral, fruit and herbaceous scents.
PALATE: Wonderfully soft and flavoursome with panettone, sweet lemon, ripe peach and mint.
FINISH: The flavours of sherbet and candied orange peel with the lingering stonefruit and fresh flowers.
