With this vintage, Angostura pays homage to its master distiller, John Georges. For this, the Trinidad distillery has created a complex blend which brings together several old rums. They come from a selection of barrels from the winery’s old reserves, including 25-year-old rum, identified as one of the oldest in the stock of the Angostura house.
John Georges, with his 40 years of presence in the distillery, has contributed to the development of numerous vintages. The name of this limited edition refers to the cut of the distillate made by the master distiller.
This deep amber liquid has a rich aroma of sweet apple and vanilla, with lingering burnt woody notes that builds to a medium-long smoky finish.
