Longrow 18 YO is another expression released annually by Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. This 2024 release has been matured in a combination of 90% Sherry and 10% Port casks and bottled as part of our limited core range Longrow.
NOSE: Rich and powerful. It kicks off with notes of blackberry jam, walnuts, liquorice and a subtle smokiness on the nose.
PALATE: The peat smoke continues on the palate and notes of leather, black forest gateaux, maraschino cherries, dates and dark chocolate ganache are introduced.
FINISH: A long, gentle finish, there are notes of coffee beans, sea salt and peat smoke.
Longrow 18 Year Old 2024 Edition comes from the distillery to us without outer box.

First distilled in 1973, Longrow is double distilled at the Springbank distillery. A heavily peated single malt from the distillery located in Campbeltown. The malt is directly peat dried for up to 48 hours to give the whisky a unique Campbeltown-style smoky character.
Longrow is the richer, oilier single malt produced at the Springbank Distillery.
